Arts & Culture Strategist Curator Producer Public Speaker

Azza N. Satti is a multi-faceted cultural professional based in Nairobi, Kenya, with over 15 years of experience spanning arts management, production, and community engagement across Africa, the Middle East, and the United States.
Azza brings both academic insight from her M.A. in Art and Public Policy from NYU's Tisch School of the Arts and hands-on expertise in arts curation, cultural entrepreneurship, and cross-continental collaboration, communicating fluently in Arabic, French, and English.
Azza offers a range of services designed to catalyze creativity, cultural dialogue, and social impact. These include curation, production, marketing, public speaking, panel moderation, and facilitation of workshops with a focus on cultural policy, creative entrepreneurship, and participatory theatre.
She consults with arts organizations, NGOs, and foundations on program design, community engagement strategies, and inclusive storytelling frameworks. She also curates bespoke experiences—from exhibitions and film screenings to residencies and forums—that bridge cultural identities and spark transformation.
Azza's approach is rooted in the belief that art is both a mirror and a movement—a tool for healing, remembering, imagining, and rebuilding. Guided by principles of co-creation, care, and radical hospitality, she designs processes that center marginalized voices and invite genuine participation. Whether she's guiding a Forum Theatre performance, co-creating with displaced artists, or curating interdisciplinary conversations, Azza leans into listening, building trust, and fostering environments where people can engage deeply and move toward collective action.
